Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No separate setup fee — onboarding and infrastructure are included. We work with a 3-month minimum so the funnel has time to deliver representative results.
What counts as a 'lead'?
A verified, ICP-matched contact at a company that fits your target market — enriched with role, company data, and a deliverable email (and LinkedIn profile where available).
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Most clients start on Start or Performance and move up once the funnel proves itself. We adjust inboxes, volume, and scope at the start of a new month.
Who owns the inboxes and domains?
You do. Sending domains and inboxes are set up under your brand so deliverability and reputation stay with you, even if you ever decide to take it in-house.
What's the difference between retargeting and account management?
Retargeting re-engages cold prospects who didn't reply the first time. Account management works your existing customers — reactivation, upsell, and cross-sell — to pull more revenue out of the relationships you already have.
When do I see the first meetings?
